Glass Atlas EDC beads (GLOW)

Handmade in California by Tim Markel, the Glass Atlas beads are the 7th Grail drop / 70th one-time shop-drop by the Orange County-based maker and the third CW drop to feature the legendary vintage Westinghouse Special (spun) Blue Glass Micarta.

WH made the blue glass in two thicknesses - 4mm and 6mm. The Glass Atlas beads are made from the 6mm Blue Glass. The Glass Atlas EDC beads are the 3rd CW bead drop to contain the WH Special Blue Glass Micarta. The Glass Atlas beads are wider than any previous grail drop, to give you as much of the WH blue glass as possible this time. The Glass Atlas will come to you with an exclusive (aluminum, laser etched, ceramic blasted) Velcro-backed CW patch made by Brodie of Breakfast Club EDC - only available with this (and the next) grail drop.

WH Special Blue Glass is one of the rarest and most highly sought-after vintage materials in existence, often considered 'grail-level' by collectors. WH originally manufactured the Glass recipes for decorative purposes. Produced for a brief period, likely in the 1980s, it was a non-catalogued recipe which became popular among knife makers but was eventually discontinued by Westinghouse. As the remaining supply has been increasingly acquired by collectors, it has become exceedingly rare, with some even considering it nearly extinct.
