Glass Ghost EDC bead (Grail drop #1)

DROP - 10/25/24 AT 1:00PM PT
Handmade in California by Tim Markel, the Glass Ghost EDC lanyard beads are the 38th one-time “shop drop” by the Orange County-based maker and the first to feature the elusive Westinghouse Special Blue Glass.
Westinghouse Special Blue Glass is one of the rarest and most highly sought-after materials in existence, often considered 'grail-level' by collectors. Westinghouse originally manufactured the blue glass recipe for decorative purposes in items requiring high heat resistance, such as tables. Produced for a brief period, likely in the 1980s, it was quickly discontinued. As the remaining supply has been increasingly acquired by collectors, it has become exceedingly rare, with some even considering it nearly extinct. Despite the name, the material is very durable.
Born from a passion for craftsmanship, every Copper Wagon EDC lanyard bead is carefully designed, assembled, turned, and polished in very small batches. With the unique character of each respective piece of raw material used, every Copper Wagon EDC lanyard bead is one-of-a-kind. Past drops/themes are not repeated.
Tie one to your favorite piece of EDC gear as an additional grip point while also elevating its presence in your loadout. Each meticulously crafted bead possesses a unique, evolving character and enduring charm, designed to withstand the test of time and the rigors of everyday life, ensuring it becomes a cherished heirloom for generations to come.
