Handmade in California by Tim Markel, the Glass Hunter lanyard beads are the 54th one-time “shop drop” by the Orange County-based maker and the second Copper Wagon drop to feature the legendary vintage Westinghouse black glass.

Westinghouse Special Black Glass is one of the rarest and most highly sought-after vintage materials in existence, often considered 'grail-level' by collectors. Westinghouse originally manufactured the Glass recipes for decorative purposes. Produced for a brief period, likely in the 1980s, it was a non-catalogued recipe which became popular among knife makers but was eventually discontinued by Westinghouse. As the remaining supply has been increasingly acquired by collectors, it has become exceedingly rare, with some even considering it nearly extinct.
