Moonspeed EDC Beads (Grail Drop #9)

Handmade in California by Tim Markel, the Moonspeed beads are the 74th one-time shop-drop by the Orange County-based maker, and the 9th CW Grail Drop. The Moonspeed beads are the first CW release to feature eight glow layers.

The Moonspeed beads are made from a special vintage Westinghouse late era Ivorite (paper Micarta) that was manufactured between 1991 - 1992. The late era Westy Ivorite develops a beautiful natural patina over time, giving each bead a unique character. The bead will come to you patina-free, as a slightly warm off-white with faint yellow-gray undertones. As the bead is exposed to the elements, it will gradually shift to a muted beige with soft golden tones — similar to the look of aged manila folders.

Born from a passion for craftsmanship, every Copper Wagon EDC bead is carefully designed, assembled, turned, and polished in very small batches. Every Copper Wagon EDC bead is one-of-a-kind. Past drops/themes are not repeated.

The Moonspeed beads were fine tuned to work perfectly on your standard 6mm spin-sticks/bead-caddies, or as a lanyard bead, or zipper-pull.

A total of 14 Moonspeed beads were made but only 12 are available through the shop-drop. Every CW bead comes to you with a signed certificate of authenticity, themed paracord, and limited edition swag.
